CANON POINT: Anywhere between S1 through S4 is preferred, but I'm mid-S5 myself.
⚠️ CONTENT WARNINGS: Malevolent, and specifically Arthur, come with a long list of content warnings. Here are some of the ones you may encounter with Arthur: Child death, parent death, drowning, torture (physical and mental), mental illness and mind break, religious trauma, alcohol abuse, murder, cannibalism, starvation, self-mutilation, attempted suicide, and likely more. They won't be mentioned at random or dropped suddenly, and will be warned for.
Malevolent itself is a podcast steeped in cosmic horror, set during the 1930s in New England (and beyond). It follows the escapades of Arthur Lester, a private investigator from Arkham, Massachusetts who is currently sharing his body with an entity. Said entity is in control of his eyes (rendering Arthur himself blind) and later on gains control of his his left hand/forearm, and left foot. With the aid of this entity, Arthur is thrust into a world of cults, old gods, great and terrible mysteries, reliant only on the strange being urging him onwards inside of his head. More information can be found on the wiki here, but tread lightly if you don't want to be spoiled.
APPEARANCE
Arthur is physically scarred to hell and back. He's around 5'10" and usually is very lean/almost starved-looking. He keeps a moustache when he can, but often times ends up a little scruffy/with five o'clock shadow when he's on the run. His hair is dark and wavy, though he tries to brush it back and style it like Clark Gable, and it has some streaks of gray in it here and there. His eyes themselves are light brown usually, but with John inside of him, they end up being a sharp gold color.

PHYSICAL CONTACT/AFFECTION: Depends, he might deer in headlights depending on who you are. It's a slowly-earned kind of thing.
FIGHTING/VIOLENCE/DEATH: Sure! I'm not a fan of writing out improvised fight scenes and they're not my strong suit in general, so we should talk it out/outline it first. I'm always down for putting Arthur Through It though.
MENTAL/MAGICAL INFO: Sure, but ask me first so I can give you all the right information. It's a little gruesome and kind of messy and awful upstairs in the attic. And maybe a bit dusty too.
SHIPPING/ROMANCE/NSFW: Yeah, let's talk about it, I'm down for canon or cross canon, a big fan of slow burn though I don't mind in medias res scenes. Canon-wise, I am always down for anything involving John, Noel, the Butcher (stares into the abyss), and other M/M options.
